Shree Yoga is centrally located in Saddle River less than 15 minutes from the nearby towns of Ridgewood, Allendale, Paramus, Montvale, Mahwah and Ramsey. Being near the state line, we are also easily accessible for the New York towns of Chestnut Ridge, Nanuet, Pearl River, Nyack and Suffern.

Parking
There is ample free parking. Please park in the Barnstable Court parking lot off West Saddle River Road directly behind the studio. There is also parking in the lot on East Allendale Rd.
We are adjacent to the Saddle River Inn and across the street from Waterford Gardens with easy access from both the Garden State Parkway and Route 17.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to find us and settle in. Advance reservations required. Bring your own mat, we have all other props.
