Dear Shree Student,

Yoga can be a tremendous support during times of stress and anxiety. As the reality of the Corona Virus grows and expands in our area, we want to keep you safe and healthy when you attend classes at Shree.

What we’re doing at Shree:

~ We are wiping door handles and frequently-touched surfaces with disinfectant wipes multiple times per day including pens, desk, door knobs, and so on.
~ We may offer fewer hands-on adjustments during this time. Please let us know if you do not care to be touched.
~ Instructors are asked to thoroughly wash hands before class.
~ Instructors are asked to stay home if they’re not feeling well.
~ Providing disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer for your use in the studio.

What we’re asking you to do when you come to Shree:

~ Please stay home if you are not well (fever, sore throat, cough, etc.) If you are sick, we will extend your class card as needed.
~ We encourage you to bring your own mat. If you use one of the studio mats, wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe before and after class (wipes are provided at the desk). It’s always most hygienic to use your own mat.
~ Wash your hands well in the studio restrooms for at lest 20 seconds before coming in for class. (We do have some hand sanitizer but there is a limited supply at the moment and it seems we might not be able to get more, so washing is optimal.)
~ Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. If you don’t have a tissue to hand, cough into your elbow rather than your hand. Tissues are kept above the cabinet at the back of the studio.

We appreciate your patronage, understanding and help keeping all of us as healthy as possible while continuing with our yoga practice.

In health,
Chaya
