Private 1:1 Stretch Sessions
Shree is excited to offer you a new way to relax and restore: Private 1:1 Stretch Sessions. These 25-minute sessions, guided by one of our highly skilled Shree teachers, combine guided and assisted stretching and gentle hands-on yoga techniques designed to relieve tightness, ease tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to your body. Depending on the teacher, your session may also utilize foam rollers and balls for muscle release.
What to expect:
- 25-minutes of hands-on stretching and yoga addressing your particular needs using a variety of techniques. Session will be conducted with the participant on the floor on a yoga mat or on a massage table.
- Guided breathwork and visualization to enhance the physical experience.

- Deep relaxation – reduce anxiety, improve your mood, settle your nervous system and sleep better.
- Improve flexibility and posture.
- Helps restore normal neuromuscular balance between muscle groups.
- Reduce incidence of injury.

- We require reservations to be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance and cancellations also 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session.

How to Book Your Sessions
All teachers will be offering regular weekly times that they will offer this service. You can see the weekly schedule here.
1. Purchase a Private 1:1 Stretch Session pass to enable session booking. Please look at the weekly schedule before purchasing the pass to be sure there is a teacher you would like to book with when you are available.
2. Click on the 1:1 Session Scheduler, select the date and time you’d like and then click to book your session. You’ll receive and email confirmation.
