We’re now offering a monthly membership to a library of 45 Short n’ Sweet videos.  Sign up here:

Monday through Thursday we’re offering a daily 25 minute all levels yoga class and Fridays a Core Class. Each short class will be recorded and available to all who are registered on demand for the duration of the series. If you can’t make the class time, do the recording on your own time.

$180 for the 20 classes: 5 short class a week, 4 week and video access for the month.


Video Access

The videos of the classes will be available to you for the duration of the series by logging into your Punchpass account and navigating to the Content Library link. Your videos will be stored there under “Short n’ Sweet”. Here is where to find them tutorial. The recording should be available within 2 hours of the class.


Making this month long commitment to do yoga everyday can set a new pattern and become a regular part of your daily life creating transformation on a physical and mental level. However, if you don’t want to sign up for the series, you can drop-in using your regular class card for any class. You’ll need to email to reserve a spot. You won’t be able to reserve on your own (system restriction). Reservations are only available to those signing up for the entire series at significant savings. The video recordings are not available to drop-ins.


Once the series begins, there are no refunds for missed classes. Use the video library to make-up missed classes at a convenient time for you.
